Both Xemnas and Sephieroth are easy if you are a skilled user of reaction cammands
Xemnas-Alter of Naught, Xemnas an the throne, Dragon Xemnas, Xemnas on the Throne II, Final Battle

In the Final Battle use Cure magic a lot, use reaction cammands well, and try to dodge, attack when posible

Xemnas was easier than Demyx in my opinoin, Demyx was hard for me at 1st but Xemnas, ahh! That was sooooo easy, just time comsuming....
