WTH is this !?

Every now and then when I look at a thread, the page loads really slow and I see this by my name;

At first I thought it was like my profile or something, but I realized that I don't ever say "California Babe W V Is just really nice."

I don't mind it saying "really nice" I just wanna know how and why it's there???

Does anyone know?

The orange rep bars when you hover your cursor over them give you a title.

Like mine says "reputation beyond repute".

Yours says "is just really nice".

It repeats that 3 times in your case as you have 3 bars. It appears as text sometimes when the page is loading slowly, but then will return to the orange bars.
