i'm curious, if the movie were made with more summons in it, would it be more interesting and more like FF7 than either matrix or star wars?........

i personally would like to have seen at least a chocobo in there lol......
as for the other summons i wanted to see Shiva :D;) , maybe Ifrit:P , or even KoTR :D woot woot pwnage
 
I think the summons would've taken it OTT. It wasn't a great film to begin with, and throwing in summons would've made it very poor in my eyes. Athough a chocobo would've been nice...
 
You do remember that Bahamut was in it, right? Unless you're talking about more summons. If there was a summon vs. summon fight sequence, then yeah, I guess. Maybe Kjata or Alexander.

I also agree with previous posters. It would have been a nice Easter Egg to see a Moogle riding a chocobo somewhere in the film.
 
Seeing one of my favorite summons in really great CG would have MADE my day! ^_^

And I wish there would have been chocobos too. ^_^

Totally! It's just not the same without a Chocobo.

I think having too many summons would kill the movie although it would of been cool if it had a summon VS summon battle like if Cloud summoned something to fight Bahamut etc.

i would too if only we could have seen more of a chocobo and less of the bikes, the movie would have caught many people's attention :D

Yup yup.
That would have made it more of a Final Fantasy in my eyes. Seeing chocobos instead of bikes... that's awesome.
 
Yeah i wanted more summons to bad only Bahamut was there though he was really badass it would have been so sweet to see Ifrit or Shiva, Alexander ect. ot maybe with a FFVII remake for PS3 i will see them if it ever happends.
 
yeah but i guess putting in Bahamut in there was hard enough and to include a herd of chocobos and include atleast two more summons would have been more costly and harder to make and the length it took to finish the movie, would have been expanded........
 
It wouldn't really affect the cost of production a large amount, just for the wage of the graphics designer and the electricty bill :lol: The main problem is the painstaking weeks - maybe even months - it would take to put in a chocobo or summon, particularly the chocobo, as their feathers would each have to be designed separately and made to flow with the wind and movement of the body. Summons would've been easier, but nevertheless would still take countless hours to get done
 
I think Summons would have taken the movie OTT, a Chocobo wouldn't have been bad though
 
i think putting more summons in would either extend the plot to the point that its just stupid, or would just be OTT.

and yes a chocobo would have been nice XD
 
I voted Yes, because maybe it would be nicer. But I have changed my mind... It would be a bit over the top because it's mostly an action film, don't you think?
 
i loved the film but i didn't like the only sumon being bahamut i would have liked to see Shiva and a chocobo or 10
