No. It wouldn't.
AC was decent for a one-off thing. But overall it was a pretty dire film.
X-2 was bad enough as a game, why make it even worse?

But based off the comments I will say:

There are no more movies that I know of are coming out and X-2 was horrible, no need for another.
 
I hope not, it's all getting out of hand with all these spin offs and whatnot & it's seriously damaging to my bank account 'cause I'm fool enough to go out and by them all
 
If there is, by some miracle, another Final Fantasy movie, I pray to the Flying Spaghetti Monster that Tetsuya Nomura doesn't come anywhere near the project. The guy doesn't know when to stop when it comes to aesthetics, effectively transforming anything he directs into another over-the-top action film. Final Fantasy is supposed to be about thought-provoking storylines and dynamic characters, not flashy acrobatics designed to make the viewer nerdgasm. I would think that a Final Fantasy movie would be the same, but apparently, Nomura thinks differently. I mean, look at what he did to Sephiroth. All of his constant glorification of his beloved Sephy has ruined both of their reputations.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for adding in impressive acrobatics and whatnot. The fights in Advent Children were certainly intense, but you have to know when to say when. My view on this matter is that aesthetic appeal should never get in the way of the core storyline. Unfortunately, Nomura doesn't seem to understand this. So, unless they manage to find someone competent enough to direct it, I wouldn't want to see another Final Fantasy movie. And again, this isn't because I don't like the idea of an FF movie. Believe me, I would love to see some of my favorite characters battling it out in stunning CGI. *coughZidaneneedslovetoocough* I simply don't want to see another Final Fantasy's reputation destroyed by something like Advent Children.
 
I would love if they did some sort of spin-off film from Final Fantasy XII.. (Not X-2, XII).. maybe about Fran, and the Viera because they are made of win.<3

A girl can dream, can't she!? lol
 
...YES SHE CAN! I want a prequel game, where the judges are the main stars, and they'd have voices, and it could be on the DS <3
