Lol to be honest i just completed disk 1 again and ive change my mind CloudxAeris does seem more right but still its kinda hard i agree with Aeris its up to each persons interpretations

Whoa, cool down there AG. It isn't a debate thread unless you make it into one. Just to sort things out: Cloud and Tifa weren't really 'friends'. Acquaintances more than friends. But Cloud really liked Tifa, and he was just too shy to approach her. The other kids didn't neccessarily think he was a freak, they just didn't know him. Later on, Tifa thought that they were really close friends becuase she assumed that based on her feelings for him almost a decade later.
Now that's cleared up....
Whoever Cloud likes is completely up too you. What's your opinion? Tifa? Aeris? Barret? Fine. It's that one. SE left the LT wide open for fans to speculate. They did this because if they ever came out and said who it was, the fans for the other char would be severly dissappointed, and violent, and would thus shun SE forever. In short, it was never concluded for fear of losing a large fan base. SE purposely left and equal amount of evidence for each person, Aeris and Tifa, in the game(s) and movie. It's impossible to determine by what's shown to you if he likes one over the other. Every piece of evidence for one side is balanced out by equal piece of evidence on the other side. And then there's an immense amount of evidence that could sway either way. Now, it's open to your opinion. It can be whoever you want it to be. So there is no use debating over it. The answer it simple: whoever you want it to be. But as to "does he like Tifa or Aeris" there is no answer for that. There never was supposed to be. So just calm down and respect others opinions.

Alright, this thread should not have even been created in the first place. We've had too many flame wars start up over this because nobody seems to be able to debate properly without attacking somebody or freaking out over other's opinions. We're trying to keep as much friction between the members down as possible. I've already had to close to two of them and would prefer to keep threads like this out of this forum
