Where can i find a Ghost Ship?

I think you're referring to FFVII....?

If so, you can find them in abundance in the tunnel leading to the Underwater Reactor. Be wear of their ability to dismiss a character from battle however.
 
You can also fight one on the last level of Battle square in Golden Saucer. But this way is harder since you'll have a load of negative stats from the game itself.
 
I remember the Ghost ship and yeah the best way is the underwater tunnel rather then the Golden Saucer.

There was a good trick to knocking it's health down low making it easier to morph.

I think it was use an elixir or some form of healing that does 9999 since it has a little over that amount in health.
 
Underwater Reactor or the Golden Saucer I don't remember seeing him other than those 2 places.
