What's your favorite soft drink?

I tried to list the most popular, sorry If I forgot some.

I decided to do this after watching a couple of friends of mine have an argument over which tastes better, Code or Pepsi. Most of them prefer Pepsi over Coke, but some Coke over the other.

Anyway, I prefer Pepsi over the taste of Coke, but neither are my favorites. My all-time favorite soft drink would be, an Ice Cold A & W Rootbeer. So, what is your favorite soft drink and if you like the Diet version of the drink, just specify Diet with the name brand.

I prefer any kind of rootbeer. Barq's takes the cup though.
Second would have to be Coke (diet)
Third, Pepsi (regular)

Hmmmmmm when I was growing up, I really outdid myself on Dr Pepper and Taco Bell...now I can't stand either one of them. lol. I don't typically drink soft drinks either, so when I do, I make sure to get one that's not over syrupy.

So I choose sprite. =]

Lol... Yeah, I get to wear the padded helmet for the day on that one.

I think when I made the initial post and hit submit new thread, it took me to the poll section, then backed up in my browser to add something to my initial post and then forward again to complete the actual poll itself. I almost sure it's somewhere in there that the double post happened.

My other favorites would be caffeine free Pepsi, followed by 7UP.

For some reason, I don't like Dr. Pepper, the combination of all those fruity tastes doesn't seem right to me.
Then again I'm weird =P

Dr. Pepper is my favorite. I never used to like it, but now I love it. Especially Vanilla Dr. Pepper <3.

Mountain Dew definently. I drink it when studying for finals so I can stay awake the entire night.

Holy crap, I can't BELIEVE Barq's Rootbeer is an option! Everyone seems to forget it about.

Equally unbelievable is the fact that someone else voted for it. I love you, Warbourne.

I disagree. For some reason, I never really liked barq's root beer. Or any kind of root beer. It just has this strong taste that I just can't stand. I only drink it when it's somewhat flat. Then it's alright for me.

I stumbled upon Barq's about 5 years ago at the school cafeteria.
I mean, I liked rootbeer before then but this was the best IMO.

Tastes great with pizza too.
Coke just makes me quit eating a bit too quickly. =P

Most sodas make me quit eating too early. They fill you up too much. Sprite and Barq's don't slow me down, though.

And yeah, lots of people don't care for root beer too much. It seems that you either love it or hate it.

I like the taste especially, it's not too strong nor is it too weak.
It's kinda in between.
It doesn't bubble in your stomach.
It doesn't sting your tongue. (as much)
It goes great with anything.
You can get a giant mug and chug it down, unlike Coke, which is kinda hard as it sticks to your throat.

Barq's tastes different from other root beers. Mug and that A&W (whatever it's called) stuff taste about the same to me.

Barq's has a unique taste. Hell, even diet Barq's is good. I normally despise diet soda.

Mug Rootbeer just because it's what I've been drinking lately. I can't really tell the difference between Mug, A&W, or Barq's though and I really love Cream Soda.

I'm boring, I like Pepsi. Ick! I can't stand rootbeer. It's my least favorite soda and flavor. I don't really like Mountain Dew. :/ Most of my gamer friends drink it constantly.
