If you mean the song that plays just after the victory theme then that is Final Fantasy, the main theme tune of Final Fantasy also known as Prologue or Opening Theme in some games.
It is a reccurring theme tune (the main theme tune of FF, though not the most often played, that one usually being the Crystal Theme) usually played in every FF game, though in some it only plays at the end of the game.
I do believe that this version of the song is the live orchestra performance of the concert called 20020220 which was released as an album. It sounds like the powerful way they played that song on that. It can be looked on youtube I believe, but if you have trouble I may have it and I could send you if you wanted to PM me.
I say might as all my music was accidentally deleted from my computer a few months a go, and this might have been one of the songs that only survived on my ipod and not on my computer, but I could look if you wanted it.
