What the hell is going on?!?

When I visit the website all of the images have been replaced by text, and if i click on the banner it just adds index.html on to the end of the url and thus 404s, what is going on?
 
I think that the site is moving server, but they haven't turned the forum off for everyone...

or someones fucking with it...
