What happened to it?

5 minutes ago i went downstairs to get a drink - when i come back i have Aztec on MSN asking what happened to my post count.

I demand to know what happened to it! why has it gone down from 1026 to 997?

i havnt made any spammy posts, i havnt flamed - WTF is going on?

Edit - O_O after i submitted this thread it went back to normal! what the hell?!
 
Perhaps someone deleted some of your posts...i got a couple of mine deleted on another forum a while back.
 
This is a screenshot i took moments ago by going back in my browser - notice that my post count is 40 lower than it is now - and you can check the statistics that i havnt posted 40 times today O_O

Erm...what? Also, if posts have been deleted by mods, there wouldn't be a way to bring them back...would there? Looks like whatever it is, is back to normal though.
 
A lot of things are starting to become glitchy and I'm getting kinda annoyed. Especially when I have to log in again after like a minute when I first sign on.
 
You know it may have to do with all the drama that was happening and it probably just started to not count them or those threads are gone now so of course your post count would go down.
 
i never posted in those drama threads - except create one, but that was my only post in it - my post counts already went down a grand total of 2 because of the drama threads :P

Tis just when it went down by 40 i was slightly alarmed.
 
Chances are, a couple of threads you posted in were put in... that zero post-count bin... section... thing. That's the only logical explanation, but...

It returned after you posted this thread? Weeeeird.

i must have lost a hundred post or so before september when every thing was deleted :(
 
when A thread is deleted, it might be moved to a no post count section. Or if a thread from a post count section is moved to a no post count section, the posts won't count. Maybe that happened, then they were moved back or something.

Instantaneously to when he made this thread? Highly unlikely.
 
This is a stupid thing to get upset about. I've seen people lose thousands of posts to their post count, and they've made less of a deal about it than you guys have. If you don't want this to happen, stop posting in threads that will inevitably get moved or deleted... :P
