What level can I draw Tornado?

Okay, I remember you can draw Tornado from the Thrustaevis (winged monsters outside Deling City) but at what level? Right now my highest level is Squall (level 20) and I can't draw it yet. I've had a look around the net and can't find anything which gives you any detail so does anyone know what level I can draw Tornados?

I think you're at about the right level now. Try getting up a couple more because it's based on your active party's average level. If not, then you'll have to get up to level 36-ish.

They do have to be at level 30 or above as well as your party in order to draw Tornadoes from them.


Thrustaevis - Draw Spells:

Lvl's (1-19) Blizzard, Scan & Float
Lvl's (20-29) Blizzara, Aero, Scan & Float
Lvl's (30-100) Blizzarga, Aero, Tornado & Float
