What embarrassed you today?

Similar to the "what pissed you off today" thread, but rather than being for when you get angry, this one is for when you do something toe cringingly embarrassing.

Allow me to start: Today I took the train and bus into the city during peak hour. Both were crammed and it took me an hour and a half to get there. When I got to the train station in the city, I went to the bathroom. As I was washing my hands, I looked in the mirror and noticed that I had nutella smeared all over my right cheek. I wonder what the other people using public transport that day thought when they saw me

Usually, it's the fact that I am a constant klutz that tends to land me in embarrassment.

I was over at a friend's house earlier today to collaborate efforts on some last-minute summer homework when I decided to make a cup of coffee in the kitchen. In front of my friend's mother, I accidentally poured hot water onto the kitchen surface and floor and in a moment of distraction while chatting to her, I ended up missing the cup completely and pouring sugar all over my hand. I can probably cynically guess what was on her mind - something along the lines of: "Good grief, you cannot do anything without causing an accident or a mess. You are useless."

And to get home, I was taking a bus. The guy stopped the bus and I stepped on. My mind suddenly went blank. I wanted to tell him where I wanted to go, but I could not at that moment remember for the life of me what the name of that place was. So for goodness-knows-how-long, I was standing there at the door looking like an idiot with impatient passengers and an annoyed driver.

I tried buying the last Scott Pilgrim book with my debit card when I learned I has insufficient funds. I thought "That can't be right, I deposited 80$ in there last week!"

So I called up the bank and they told me "You have to wit 5 business days before you can use your card after a deposit", and I replied "But it's been a week...", and finally she tells me "5 business days are from MONDAY to FRIDAY, sir".

And I hung up with an "Oh...".

Two things today, I was at the doctor and had to sit in the waiting room, then when and it was packed with people, there wasn't much space left. The doctor came up and my name was called, I stood up and my jacket was stuck so I stood there trying to free my jacket XD don't even know how that was possible.

Also the car stopped on the middle of the road when I turned left, was too fast with the clutch (I'm still not used to it as I still have the methods from teh car where I had driving lessons in.) So I stood there and cars were waiting for me. I hate that moment.

Lol what a coincidence i run across this thread XD. yeah, so i was walking up the stairs to my apartment today and my keys fell out of my hand somehow all the way down and hit this woman on the shoulder. she was just surprised, but i would've felt so bad had they hit her head! its just my apt key and mailbox key but all my keychains are what would've hurt.
