What does the plus sign mean?

Its nothing really big, but when I see my name on the active members list it has a plus sign next to it. I was just wondering what does it mean?

It means you're... your own friend.

The plus symbol represents a 'friend.'

It means that those people are in your friend's list. =) They either added you and you added them as well, or vice versa. So hence, " + "

I find it easier to just not add friends since it really doesn't change anything at all on Vb besides the small + in front of names.

To each his own though. For me its kind of like subscribing to threads, just pointless.
