FF Music What do you think about Tetsuya Nomura?

I've heard many people's opinions on the man elsewhere. Some people, aka fanboys, say he's as talented or surpases Hideo Kojima for his work on the Kingdom Hearts others claim he has zero talent in everything he does. There's been a fair bit of middleground here and there, but overall what does this place think of the guy?

Mits, Nomura is a character designer and director...not a composer XD

Anyways, I'm well getting deja vu posting this but Kingdom Hearts is great a series as is the VII compilation even though it is somewhat whored, so that to me shows that he is a great director. However, as a character designer, he's not so good. A lot of his character, if not most of them seem to have an obsession with belts/buckles and zippers which isn't really a good thing because it becomes rather bland after a while, all being said from the designs I can see from FFXIII Versus he is making ammends.

Is he as good as Hideo Kojima? No.
