What do you think about Cloud/Squall? Who is your favorite?

I personally didn't care for either of them. I usually dislike the main lead of the story (they're attention hogs Dx). Cloud is so angsty it's annoying. Squall is so mean it's comical. I enjoy games where you don't play as the 'main character'

If I had to chose one of them, it would be Squall. He at least was able to make me laugh. Whenever I play 7, I feel like smacking cloud because of his attitude. :<

Actually, thats the main reason why i like cloud. But the exact opposite of what you're saying. It doesn't look like he's intentionally getting the attention.

Squall on the other hand looks like he's playing hard to get. (granted Cloud played that role by getting yuffie to join his group, but beside the point. it wasn't constantly occuring).
