What alternative for FF is there on PS3

Hi,

I'm looking for an alternative game for Final Fantasy on the PS3, i need to occupy myself till the new one comes out....any ideas?

I've tried "Enchanted Arms" from Ubisoft a found it boring any ideas?

Umm, well there aren't very many JRPGs for the PS3. Many JRPGs are still being made for the PS2 actually.

A non-JRPG game you can try out is Oblivion which is a Western RPG.

Definitely recommended, Folklore is just an all round superb game, fantastic storline, fantastic battle system and superb cutscenes...when they appear

A non-JRPG game you can try out is Oblivion which is a Western RPG.

Another superb game, you are looking at 100-200+ hours easily. A great game with plenty of freedom and fantastic missions/quests to keep you occupied for hours on end.

However, if you are looking for a non-RPG then try: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction or even Assassins Creed.

Don't forget heavenly sword, though the battles are rather... well... nearly war-like, they are still quite fun and the bosses are also quite a challenge. The cutscenes are great too and there is some humour to be found there too. Thhis is a great non-RPG that I am quite addicted to at the moment.

Oblivion is great. It's VERY non-linear, you can do just about whatever you want. You can design your character and choose from many different job types... it's a whole lot of fun.

Oh yeah, Marvel Ultimate Alliance is pretty amusing/fun as well, haha.

I would suggest Oblivion. It's a great game, with a large world and brilliant graphics.
