Lol, yeah title says it all!

Indeed, I loved the bottom screen being used as a map. it was fab and made it alot easier, plus getting items for completing it 100% was coolio aswell.

Opinions?

Oh I loved it, it made life so much easier when I was travelling about the world map, although wasn't it the top screen....or am I confusing this with something else >_<

Its bottom when you are in dungeons and villages. I cant remember if its bottom on the field screen. But I couldnt use my stylus with it, so I used good old buttons.

Rofl, indeed it was! I forgot that there was another Final Fantasy for the DS. Can a mod move this to FF4 please??

Moved to FFIV

That explains why I was so confused:wacky:

I thought it was a great idea especially on the world map which use to be confusing as to where I was going at times. I use to think I was going around in circle trying to find a cave or town I was suppose to go to.

Yes I loved it. It made exploring much more easier and such a breeze! In fact, I checked the the bottom map more often than I checked the actual map where the character's in and treated that as my guide instead.

While it didn't hurt to put it in, and it was definitely quite useful, it was one of those things for me that just said "Meh, so I can skip a menu". The rewards were helpful but pointless, but still, I would rather the map than something like... say... your party's stats.

Woo, I understand this thread now :monster:

I wasn't keen onit at first, but I soon got used to it, and ended up thinking it was a great feature, I think I looked at that more than I did the top screen so I could 100% my maps xD

It was a proper handy little feature, one I hope gets utilized again ^^
