Want to watch the entire game online?

Yea, I've seen that they've been making this for several games. Honestly I'd rather play it msyelf... but there are a few games I'd rather just watch instead of spending any money on. I know that there's a few games that I've never played and never wanted to... but have always wanted to see played.

I wouldn't mind watching the FMVs online but watching someone playing a 40+ hour game online sounds quite dull.

I think it would be worthwhile to watch it on youtube if someone wanted to know the story as if they had played it, but for some reason is unable to find the game or something.

Although FFIX isn't as rare as, say, Chrono Trigger (although it would be much easier to play CT on a ROM than FFIX).

Yeah I can see if it were a game that you just could not find anywhere, and you had never played it, maybe wanting to watch some segments of it, and read up on it but still......even then I don't know if I could sit and just watch something for that long.

There are games that I wish I could play, that I just suck at, but really enjoy the way it looks and the story. The Darkness is one of those games, cause I suck royal at FPS, so I just watched my brother play it. It's like watching a movie ^o^

This is exactly what Metal Gear Solid is like for me. Sounds great, looks great, and even seems to have a great storyline but I just suck at playing the game. I find it more enjoyable watching my brother play it rather than me playing it myself. I have found the same for the earlier Resident Evils. I can't get to grips with the controls but I enjoyed watching my brother play it. I've been watching him play Resident Evil 4 for the Wii and think I might give this one an attempt as it looks quality.

I'm moving this to the Golden Saucer since I kinda derailed it early on... and it's now about games in general...

But I remember the first time I went to play Tomb Raider I was far too scared so I had a friend of mine play it through. Since then my balls have dropped and it's clearly not as bad... but it was one of the first "intense" games I ever played. My concept of gaming went from Mario and Disney's Aladdin to big titted babes in leather bra's with duel 9mm's in a hurry.
