Wait. What? WHAT?

I'm actually looking forward to ALL the XIII games. Each sounds, unlike all the VII games, like a great game. Each seems to be really, really different from each other, which is cool. It may motivate me to get an PSP and PS3/XBox 360, even. :P So I guess their job is done-it'll milk tons of cash out of me for both them AND Sony.

Look around. Everyone cries out for MORE MORE FFVII and MORE we keep getting. It's like eating turkey on thanksgiving until it comes out of every pore in your body. Eventually you'll get sick of it.
 
Since this thread had gotten a bit spammy I have moved it to Final Fantasy Fun :P

But yeah, FF7 is a big money maker and I guess square is hoping that XIII will be as well.

LOL you should all check out an anime con and see just how popular FFVII is. But then you may be scared by the godawful Cloud and Sephiroth cosplayers. ;)
 
We never had any sequals with Squaresoft, wasn't until the Enix merge, then we got X-2.

Maybe that is one of elements contributing to all these spin offs?
 
Well, remakes aren't always better than the original. And as a FFIX fan, I'm very pleased to see that Zidane and Kuja will be in FF Dissidia.
