I'll choose Vincent. and I'm going to elaborate. 
It's not that I really like Vincent. But I absolutely abhor Genesis and just about everything about him. From his stupid J-Popstar inspired design to his backstory and development. So to put it simply; Vincent wins by default.

Vincent. I'm sorry Genesis was a sad excuse for a Character and Villian T.T What was with rading Sephy's closet? Srsly? No way. Vincent is effortlessly Intelligent and cool, while Genesis tries much oh much too hard

I actually didn't hate Genesis. He didn't have a villain vibe to me, but I didn't hate his character either...
...But I love Vincent a helluva lot more, so yeah, Vincent for me >_>
