Does anyone think there something going on between Ven and Aqua? I mean the way they looked at each other in the trailer just said something about a romance to me. But I am a hopeless romantic, and I am probably just getting my hopes up.

What do you think?
 
I'm thinking more a little brother/big sister role between the two (with Terra as the elder brother role) just seems that way with the three looking to be at different ages compared to KH1 where everyone looked about the same age.
 
See, thats what I see happening between Terra and Ven, but not Ven and Aqua for some reason... (I told you I was a hopless romantic!)
 
I'm going with Damon's theory, from what I've read, Aqua is supposed to be the most mature out of the three, the mother as you will. I think with Ven, throughout the last few trailers, released cutscenes and such like he seems to be the most childish out of the three, so she's probably the one who guides him.
 
Ya, imo I think Terra is the one most focused on honour (his attire and stance etc reminds me of samurai as well, and he seems to be able to talk with villains well enoug hso who knows?)

Aqua is the more mature ad dutiful of the three, as well as having the classic female kindness.

Ven however is the most wild and childish, as seen with the likes of stitch and the more fun loving Disney characters (I believe he was even shown with peter Pan and the lost boys?)

So yeah, i'm predicting something more along the lines of a 'sibling' style relationship between the three. Even if it was possible I doubt that Square would have Ven and Aqua getting together. Ven seems far too young for her, though that's what fanfiction is for :wacky:
 
I just think that since they have been comrades for a long time, that one would feel saness for the other when something happened to one of them. Its a little too early to assume anything romantic may be going on, but who knows? The way that they looked at each other did not seem that loving to me, though.
 
Nah, I don't think it's romance. As other's said, it's just the strong bonds of friendship between comrades. Friends can care and love each other without it meaning romance.
 
I think Aqua plays more of a 'Mother' role to Ven than a romantic one. From what I've seen in the Kingdom Hearts Wikia: yes, Aqua does have a closer relationship with Ven than she does with Terra. But I don't think that should insinuate a 'romantic relationship' between the two.

Of course, we may never know. Maybe Squeenix may throw in a loophole in there somewhere saying that Aqua's the long-lost 2nd sister thrice removed from Ven's maternal family.

I mean, who the heck knows, really?
