Clear "Inward Chaos", then buy it from the PP catalog for 2000.

You can, after defeating their Former Glory modes. However, keep these sort of posts out of unrelated threads. Ask such questions in your own thread, or if a thread is already made in that regard, ask in that one if the answer is not already shown.
