Ruka told me about thier is a ultimate gun u got to let the kid get taken by the dogs and he drops a rusty key and u go in this door and u get this gun called like toy gun or sumshit dont remember but after u get it u have to cuztimize it to make it the ultimate gun but when i go to custimize it aint thier any ideas??

In Edge, where you have to take out the snipers, you'll have to help out a kid and protect him.

Once you've done that and he leaves, turn around and go straight back through the door you just came out've, the Toy Gun is in there.

Once you've got that, you'll just have to wait until you have the money to upgrade it to the Silver and then Gold Gun. After that you can upgrade it to Ultima Weapon. It costs quite alot of money mind.

^What he says, you can also let the kid be taken. Which was how I accidentally found the weapon.

And yeah it costs WAY too many money. I remember having to replay Chapter 10 a couple times, selling some fully upgraded equipment. But in the end you will like the outcome as its twice better than any other weapon in the game fully upgraded. It can also hold 99 Bullets and has extremely heavy firepower and speed.
