Help trouble on genesis avatar.

im lvl 33 and my usual stratagy is to use 'assault twister' on the sword that and thundara on the monsters. if there is any better stratagy anyone knows of could you tell me how to do that? and if there is an attack i may not have it so could you also tell me that too? thanks :squall:

You use Assault Twister?
Using Thundara, Thundaga is a good things when you're facing the monsters but to be honest I think you should go on some of the missions and get Brute something >_> the one that increase your strength but lowers your magic >_> I won it by just physical attacks (normal ones) equip curaga, Quake and HP +999% and you should be fine.

Quake is just epic if you want to kill mulitple enemies in one shot

how do you get quake and hp +999% i honestly rushed through the game so i have no idea how do get any of that stuff

You can buy Quake from the Secret Wutai shop to unlock it you have to beat the 5 Crescent Unit or something. it should be mission 4-2-6

HP+999%: Well get an HP +x% and fuse it with other materias, might take time to increase but using elixiers in the fusion should help you =] if you didn't get the item that lets you fuse materias with the use of an item then you should do the mission 7-2-1

About the item that gives you strength, I don't really remember the name of it D: I think it was Black Cowl or something? I'm not sure

I'm not sure, it's very common to find, you can get it a lot in missions; most likely you find it as HP +10%. When you get that, start fusing it until you get it to 999%. it's better to fuse it with mastered materias to get the large percentage bonus when fusing.

I believe a few shops have HP +10%, I'm not sure of their names though.

to much stuff to do play it simple

When I first played the game I didn't do any missions. I just ran up to the sword and sliced away. If the enemies came close to me I'd start using Aerial drain. Then when the sword was out I backed up and defend until he stuck the sword in the ground again. After a while he will go down.

Next well... you just need to cause 99,999 damage to the next genisis and thats it, you've beat the game.

Also on your second playthrough you should be leveled up enough to do the missions. I was. Also don't go to Nibeilhiem (sp?) with out getting to Minerva. I forget what mission it is but its one of the last and hardest missions. The reason I say this is you can steal 99 Pheonix Downs off her.

My sister played her first playthrough did all the missions as they became avalible in the story. I waited for my second playthrough.

Are U serious you have trouble with Genesis Avatar? This guy was a piece of cake. Quake em or Vital slash em to hell. Vital slash is so epic. Max it out, Also if you have good summons this battle should be cake. Get ready cuz the next battle is even EASIER Xd. Just Use Vital slash. And Curaga if your in danger.

quake didnt seem to do any damage to the floating guys with the sythes...does it not show the damage or what?

as i also just said i didnt see any damage done to the floating guys while using quake. idk if it dosnt show the damage or what?

Hmmmmm I dont think you can damage the guys with the scythes with quake. But on Genesis avatar you can. So try that

ive done a number of combinations with , barrier , dark blizzara, thundara, cura, quake etc yet still no luck. i tried substituting numbers of skills still no luck. im now lvl 34 so im guessing i should do missions to level up a little bit. the only bad part is i kill things in one hit on the missions. still need help here and i really dont wanna just put down this game

any further help would be appreciated

never thought of using ariel drain...ill give that a shot on my next attempt hopefully it works

i currently have around 4k hp only cuzz i use all the bangles that increase it. i use 10% x 2 - 20% x 1 - 30 % x 1. so im going to take out the 2 10% and try to get that strength item
