I don't think I've ever last an 'All' game, but then again I was never one to bother with spreading rules around. It seemed like it'd be tedious, but if someone knows a quick way, lemme know.
Saving the game before you play Triple Triad is definitely a wise choice.
I love this card game, moreso than the one in FFIX. The rules that altered throughout the world only added to the challenge, and I actually didn't mind at all.
Anyway, I got ALL the cards on my 2nd play-through (with the help of a guide - otherwise I probably would've missed a couple), and I felt a rush of accomplishment whenever I acquired the Characters and GF cards.
This game is truly addicting as it requires careful thinking and sometimes even planning ahead.
I know exactly what you mean. I think that feeling is also achieved when you've been carding an enemy for a while, waiting for its rare and when you finally get it that rush of accomplishment comes on.
