How many shots do you have at obtaining the rare cards? Cause I've been trying to grab the moogle one off the running kid for about an HOUR now and he's only used it once D=<

So, will he ever use it again, or have I missed my one and only chance? D=

Hel use it again. Try exiting the screen and coming back then challenge him. He used it pretty frequent with me, sounds like your having bad luck .
