Dissidia translations request

I am not sure if they have all the translations but It would be nice if someone would post them here because I want to know what the awesome characters are saying. I do understand a little when they talk. Yeah anyways I hope some translations will be posted.

There are storyline translations from the LJ Dissidia group. I'd post them, but I think I have to wade through a sea of posts...

In Dissidia, characters have unique lines when facing eachother. A translation of each an every one of these lines in here: http://thelifestream.net/final-fant...sidia-character-vs-character-lines/#more-1528

I'll try to find the storyline translations, I know from another forum that Cloud and Zidane's stories have been completely translated.

Ummm I just wanted to say thanks for the translations so far!!! Keep it up guys I Just freakin love this game. Thanks:)

Now now MLFY, Ive already deleted an identical post, it's not really contributing anything to the thread is it?

Oh am sorry Bambi I thought it was the stupid computer at school who did not want to show the post. Alright its ok. Will it be possible to have all the story translated? Like you know Warrior of lights all the way to tidus?

I don't have translations, but I played through the WoL storymode and
though I didn't know exactly what everyone was saying, the Warrior of Light seems to be having a conflict of faith and Cosmos and collecting the crystals and whatnot. Garland, Ultimecia and Emporer Mateus come in once in a while and say some taunting things. He also encounters Tidus and Cloud in between the cutscenes (dialogue only meetings). In the end, in a confrontation with Garland, WoL realizes what he's fighting for. Then the rest of the group (ALL the heroes) finally meet up with him, and they go to fight Chaos, I presume. Basically, in WoL's storymode, he remains alone the whole time.

I think, if you can't find translations online, alot of the cutscenes are probably already up on youtube. I can't say if they're subtitles or not though.

Thats ok if you do not have translations. So Wol's story mode is mostly about cosmos right? Yeah but it would just be so great to have all the translated story modes here on FFF. Keep trying guys.

I read the list of quotes, then turned on the game and listened to them all in the voice gallery in the museum section, and a few of the quotes (mostly Kefkas) are wrong (or more appropriately, the translator took some unnecessary liberties).
1) When Kefka fights Tidus, his quote is translated as Mind if I play with your balls? Though hes actually just dismissing Tidus like a child, telling him go run off and play with your balls or something, and not in a dirty sense; he mentions a Japanese kids game that translates literally as ball rolling. Sorry, no innuendos here.
2) Kefkas quote vs. Jecht is translated as So its brawn over brains? What he really says is a bit more Kefka-ish: I bet even your brain is made of muscle.
3) Kefka vs. Kefka: Hes actually saying Ive never seen such a sexy man before like he just fell in love with himself. I do like the translation on the page, though.
4) Kefka vs. Squall: The translation is correct, but the way the line is spoken calls for a bit of clarification. He says Cool item sighted! Mockingly, like sailor who just spotted land, or a tabloid with a big UFO sighting! headline.

Thanks for that. Quite a few of them make more sense now.

The Tidus one in particular, it sounded a little bit too dodgy for Kefka... But him telling Tidus to go run along and play ball games seems more fitting I guess.

Can't wait to see them in English.

Hey i was wondering what was the line Kuja said to Kefka in a battle? i didn't understand that one.

Im happy the 'bals' line to Tidus was incorrect i felt that was just way to wrong
