Tidus, Auron And Seymour?!?

I just read on wikipedia that in Japan there was a special version of X-2 released with a secret mission (or something like that) and the option to play as Tidus Auron and seymour. But seeing as wikipedia isnt always that useful for info i thought id ask here - is it true?? I mean how would that work out???

From what I know it's to do with the monster colosseum, it's a mini-game where you could end up either playing as or fighting as Tidus etc. Not seen it myself as I don't have International.

This is what the article on Wikipedia said :

As with Final Fantasy X, an expanded international version was produced for Final Fantasy X-2. The International version of the game introduces two new dresspheres, an additional mission at a location called "Yadonoki Tower", and the option of using Tidus, Auron' and Seymour from Final Fantasy X — as well as several supporting characters from both games — during battle.This version was never released outside of Japan.

I have no idea cuz I haven't played on the japanese version (either it's that or I just missed it Which I highly doubt...)

I doubt it true but anything is possible so never say it happened or hasn't without more proof.

There'd definitely have been more talk of this, should it be real. Knowing people in Japan myself, them also being in-the-know with their games, I'd have heard of this.

But if it's actually out there, they'll be kicking themselves.

Playing as Seymour in an FFX-2 battle system sounds a-ma-zing.

it would be nice though if it were true and it was realeased in english though, i wish it were, miss playing as Tidus
