It means they both crossed into Spira from Zanarkand. No longer are they just dreams from the fayths (all of those who died in real Zanarkand) now they are actually people (live people) dreamed up from Zanarkand (really confuzzling I know...)

Well that could be true though then tidus disappearing at the end of the game a little less confusing, though if Tidus and Jecht were more then just dreams wouldn't that mean that when the faith stopped dreaming, they shouldn't have disappeared?
That as well as the fact that they were still dreams in a way makes them half and half, so then maybe they are still in the farplane, though his mother should have disappeared for she was only a dream... that is pretty confusing... hmmm...
Well anyway so then wouldn't that mean that Tidus, Jecht and Tidus's mom and the rest of DZ weren't mean't to come into existence... also wouldn't mean that Jecht going into Spira only an accident, not to mention the fact that he decided to bring Tidus into the real world, hmm... wonder why he did that just so he could see Tidus again i think, and maybe in order to stop him, and to find a way to stop Sin for good, that is what Jecht wanted wasn't it
