I always do my homework because I must, not because I like to do it. Meh, my grades are fine, but still I get bored during those classes.

Yes because you have one more rank to achieve, and that's SeeD Seniority Rank and for that you must either:

A) Be one of the founders of the original Balamb Garden that was established a long time ago in FFR, the Garden was closed in there.
B) Take both the first SeeD Exam and the Final Exam after reaching the Omega Weapon Rank.
C) Be one of the founders of the Balamb Garden here in FFF (SSJ3SEPHIRTOH, Neo Amon/Xehanorth's Nobody and I)
