I never have gotten a mission from Julius, Gabranth, or Zeria I just help them when I can.
Note I have been getting images for both Julius and Gabranth for the last 'bout year.

Sounds lovely jubly.....Reminds me of the party I went to once: We all (About 30 of us) decided to hit the streets after a shit load of drinks and dancing etc. One of the girls decided to go naked and prance about the place. That was until she passed out...everyone forgot about her. In the morning, she woke up naked in the street, sober. God, some scene it was. xD.
