I figured I would make this an introduction thread instead of a thread which would just evoke small-talk. It would sound like a personal date ad on my part, and probably bore you all to tears. I will give you a small background on myself though; I am nineteen years of age, from Europe, and ran a forum back in the day with Belazor. The familiar face has persuaded me to stay, as well as my obvious fondness for the FF series.
My first thread shall have a degree of intelligence. It will be a riddle thread.
This is the place where you are encouraged and very welcome to post any logic-based riddles you can think of. Whether you find them on the internet, or create them yourself, all are welcome. I will post one which I thought of myself, and posed it to my housemates (all professional, intelligent people) and none of them knew the answer.

Three blindfolded men are led into a room, and herded into opposite corners. One by one their blindfolds are removed; each man sees two in front of him, before a fourth enters. He makes his presence in the room known, and speaks with a booming tone.
"Gentlemen, you will notice that all three of you are wearing a hat each. I have a little game I would like to play, and it involves these hats. The first man to correctly name the colour hat he is wearing (and with sufficient logic to back it up) will be the only one to leave this room alive." He continued while all three shot uneasy glances across the room, aware that one will be responsible for the death of the others.
"Now, there are a couple of rules. The main rule here is that you are either wearing a blue or a white hat. In this instance, there are at least two blue hats. There are either two blue hats and one white one, or three blue hats, but none of you can tell the colour of your own. In addition to this, attempting to communicate with the others to gain information will lead to your death, as well as attempting to remove it to find out."
The man we concentrate on right now, stands uneasily in front of the other two. Made aware of the rules, he must make a choice. He sees two blue hats in front of him, atop of two very uneasy and silent young men, leading to a decision he must make to save his own life.
Breaking the uneasy silence, he raises his hand and speaks.
"My decision is made. The colour of my hat is..."

The hat is BLUE. Why?
There is sufficient information in this riddle to come to an answer. Here it is:
"The fact that the other two have been silent (as noted in the riddle) has led me to think that I am wearing a blue hat. I imagine the other two are in exactly the same position as I am; seeing two blue hats in front of them as well.
"This means that if one of us had a white hat, someone would have instantly said something, ending the game and causing the death of two of us. Therefore, the silence caused ONLY by uncertainty, means that all three hats are blue."
There is sufficient information in this riddle to come to an answer. Here it is:
