I can't believe Pete Doherty got hero of the year, although he does have a lot of fanboys. >_> Geez, the only thing that makes him different from any other junkie on the street is a record deal to make shit songs and engaged to a supermodel. And oh boy don't even get me started on Moss. x_x
 
That's probably the biggest shock to me too. I was surprised he wasn't up for villain of the year. What exactly did he do in 2007 to make him hero-worthy?

Oh god, thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. How can a smack head possibly be any kind of hero? He's just scum....... people can be so stupid -_-
He hasn't done a single thing worthy of getting that and it's setting such a good example to the kiddies. What a prat
 
Matt Bellamy should have gotten Hero of the Year, not twat face Doherty and the sexiest male award. Plus Muse are by far better then Artic Monekys. They are complete toss pots, "Yeah lets get drunk and try to trash the stage when we get an award."

Ive never ever liked them.
 
Overall, 2007 was a far more successful year for Arctic Monkeys since they released another album that did well in the charts, and played at Glastonbury and several other shows. To be fair Muse only did Wembley.
