How important are sidequests to you when playing FF games/KH/other S-E games? Do they make or break the game for you, or do you just avoid them altogether?
As far as I'm concerned, I like in-depth sidequests in my games. Whenever I get to a boring or slow part in the story, it's nice to be able to do some extra fun things to get your interest back up before continuing on. This is especially true in FF7, so I went through Wutai and Fort Condor and all of that other stuff when I got bored with the story since I knew it so well from watching my friend playing it. If sidequests are quick and pointless, then it's just aggravating and I avoid them entirely.
