The Battlefield:

1.) No God-Modding:
These battles are meant to follow standard rules for the battles. God-moderation (god-modding for short) is when you are limiting your opponents’ reactions to the point where you are depriving them of an open post. This can be done in several ways, the most notorious of which is actually controlling the opponent in your post. As this is still in the training area, we will be far more gracious than if we were in The Legends forum. However, you must still do your best to adhere to the No God-Modding rule. Moderators will look through these battles and help the members in their battles, and while mentors are welcome (indeed, encouraged) to come in and help the trainees, it is no longer their responsibility.

2.) No Power-Playing:
Power-playing is using or having abilities that are absurdly strong or uncharacteristically powerful of your character. As we are beyond the level of Sparring Arena and the Testing Facility, you are subject to a harsher critique of the battles, and both power-gaming and god-modding are exceptionally large parts of these critiques. While we are not going to be as harsh with this as we would be in The Legends forum, we will still let you know when you are power-playing.

3.)
No spamming or flaming:
Self-explanatory, really. The point of a Role-Playing Battle is to Role-Play, not to make small and irrelevant posts. Spammers are not tolerated, and if you flame in your post, you will be severely dealt with. Both acts contradict the nature of the section.
