Temple of Fiends or Castle Pandemonium?

Which is the better final dungeon?

Title says it all.

I think I'll go with Castle Pandemonium although I didn't like the FF2 game play that much despite having a very good story line.

The music is screaming "THIS IS THE LAST STAGE!"
 
Pandaemonium. It's the Castle of Hell, come on! Plus you get to fight Beelzebub, Ashtaroth, etc. Loved the scene in the DOS version where it comes out of the ground, as if to say "Yeah, the world's gonna go to sh*t now!"
