That's right, PC gamers are better than you. Let me count the ways.

Did you know that games that are released on both PC and consoles have better graphics and frame rate on PC's?

It's true. Load up Oblivion on your Xbox or PS3, then load it up on your PC. Shit runs smoother if you have a PC that can handle it.

The modding community for the PC is free, and great.

Bored of your console game already? Tired of waiting months for overpriced DLC? Why fucking bother. The modding community is fantastic, and 99% of the time the community made mods are much better than the shit put out by the company. And best of all, it's free. From gameplay mods, maps, and graphics mods, your game can potentially never get old.

The best top of the line computer can last you twice as long as a new console.

Trufax. My cousin has a BEAST of a machine that he bought back in 2003, and it can run everything great today. It still outruns even the PS3 and the Xbox 360.

You don't have to pay a dime for playing MMOFPS's online. No xbawkz live, no shitty Playstation network. You get servers and great friends online. Shit's awesome.

That's all for now folks. More to come later. :griin:

This is for all of you PC gamers out there. Keep on keepin' on. :ryan:

Amen to that brudda! PC gaming is still lightyears ahead of the things consoles can acomplish:

Being able to easily type stuff is a major advantage, sometimes when gaming you really dont want to have to deal with every raging hormonal 13 year old screaming down the mic, since we have the keys for typing right in front of us instead of some flimsy attachment that looks like it got ripped off one of those pocket calculator things...Muting isnt a teamwork hindering issue!

Not to mention with gadgets like Ventrillo and Teamspeak, you can be as ignorant as you want with your own private clan channels, speaking and recieving voice from who you want!

FPS requires skill to play on the PC unlike it's console breathern, you have to do the aiming, the developer aim assist, simply doesnt exist....except if you liek mudkips and use an aimbot, in which point i dont see the point of playing since the computer just did played the whole game for you.

MMORPG's are infinatley better and more often than not exclusive to the PC, as stated by many lead designers on the projects "Consoles would simply restrict what we can do" the best MMORPG can only be had on your trusty ol' laptop/desktop!

PC Gaming > Console Gaming :griin:

I am definitely going to agree on this one. PC's are way better than consoles, for the above-mentioned reasons, and I shall add another reason:

Most general shooting games have the same controls on the PC, and if not, you can change them to how you are comfortable. With consoles, 99% of the time, there are ONLY preset configs, and if you don't like them, then you can go to hell. :monster:

PC >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> consoles :monster:

NECROBUMP (with stats and awesome articles)

>You now realize that buying used games are systematically killing the gaming industry.

>You now realize there are more people buying used games than pirating.

>You now realize game companies like EA are neglecting the PC so that they can keep making more money from Consoles.

"As the arms race for more powerful console hardware is slowing down, the PC is "rapidly becoming the largest gaming platform in the world." Those are the observations of Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello, who reflected on the state of the industry during his company's latest earnings conference call. (If you're curious, Shacknews says EA posted $4.2 billion revenue and $42 million net losses—both better than expected.)"

"These figures show that there is no sharp divide between file sharers and others in their buying behaviour. On the contrary, when it comes to attending concerts, and expenses on DVDs and games, file sharers are the industry's largest customers... There does not appear to be a clear relationship between the decline in sales and file sharing."
