All off them, only one that was a bugger to get really was KoTR, the one in the ancient forest and the one bouncing around the sleeping forest were abit of a pain on occasions though

I got all of the summon materia. As stated above the only one that gave me trouble was KOTR, because I had to remain patient while breeding the chocobos. That was really the only summon that took me a little time.
I didn't bother with getting all of the summons. I definitely missed Alexander, and Knights of the Round, but I got the rest of them. I think.
I didn't really use summons all that much anyway. I didn't know, nor care, how to get Alexander, and I think KOTR is a cheap way out, so I didn't want to waste time with chocobos to get them really, as they would make the last bosses ridiculously easy.

Only ones i didn't get were Typhon (cause i have no idea where he is) and Knights of the Round (cause i breeded the right chocobos like 20 times and never got a gold one)

I got them all though I very rarely used any of them. I used them all at least once just to see the animation but that was about it. KotR was way too long to use often even if it was powerful. I think my favorite as far as looks go would be Neo Bahamut or Odin.

That place was godawful, having to carry bugs around to spring different plants and such. Well worth it though, there was some good materia in that place. Typoon (mistranslated name I would assume) is definitely one of the strangest FF summons though, I mean the thing had a second head where its ass was supposed to be:
I did manage to get all the summons in my second playthrough, barely used any of them except Neo Bahamut (just happened to be my favorite Bahamut design) and Odin. Used Knights of the Round once and said fuck it, I didn't feel like sitting through such a long animation, and by the time I got it I didn't even need it anyway. Totally not worth all that breeding.
I did get all of them when I played the game. ^^ I'm replaying the game at the moment, and intending on getting every single thing done. Including the pain in the ass hard to get SUMMON-bastards. ^^

I got all of them. KotR isn't hard to get after you beat the game 10 times lol. I always hated getting alexander though. that old lady is tough to find in the snow.

The most ANNOYING thing ever, was getting there via those damn lollipops, not being able to blink just incase the wind changes and you dont notice, then passing out when you get to the goddam cave....the amount of times that has happened to me, I just didn't bother getting it one play through I was that enraged

well i got them all, and the chocobo breeding is easy once you get the hang of it (or well check the internet for specific breeding information and then copy 30 times because your begining to hate them ill begotten bastard birds) Though alexander is a pain in the ass to get too. I use to use KOTR all the time i even combined it with qudra so i could take a nap when i casted it 
I actually didn't get many. Maybe about... 6?
I don't even know which ones either, but I know I didn't have KotR or Any Bahamut ones. I don't think I even had many past Ifrit... Titan seems to sound right... and one with a K. Must be Kujata?

All of them as well. But completed the game many times without KOTR. Alexander was a pain as well!
