I hope there will be strong summons like eden and anima but as new summons never seen before stronger with new abilitys

Lol'd at all the comments about Ifrit being either a flamethrower or a helicopter...
It is kind of a transformers theme. It's a unique idea, it might link in with the story... Like GFs, they weren't exactly transformers, GFs in disguise but their concept fit with the game and story... so to speak. So maybe that's the case with the summons, we can only wait.
But I am chuffed to see the likes of Carnbucle, Siren (although, she was pretty damn useless in FFVIII.) ... I had said to my cousin a few years back when FFXIII was announced, that, "I hope they have old school summons (i.e, old names
) and they do! Nice surprise. :]
I hope to see a Bahamut, an Odin... Alexandra. Leviathan. a few old faces~ But, ofc, with their machine counterparts.
We should make a thread where we list Summons we would like to see, then list their machine counterparts. XD
