The heat doesn't really bother me unless it's over 100, tbh. :hmmm:
Thankfully, we'll only see 100 like once in a year, twice at best. Here though, its a very humid heat, so it can be very sweltering. The heat doesn't bother me too much either, but it can be tough for many people, especially if they have breathing troubles.

I'm not a fan of either kind of extreme temperature (although I do prefer cold for sleeping). I generally try to get anything done I need to do outside early in the AM then stay inside in the A/C as much as possible.

I'm in Pennsylvania and we've been getting what seems like progressively hotter summers. We rarely break 95F but it starts to get into the mid 80's in June and stays there until mid-late September with some hot patches along the way. We've also had a lot of rain lately so the humidity is a kick in the pills.

Honestly, the heat here bothers me more than when I lived in Texas. In Austin from Jul-Aug we'd commonly see 5-6 weeks straight of 100F+ temps but the lifestyle there is well adapted. Everywhere you go the A/C is absolutely blasting, every housing development or apartment complex had multiple pools, and because you could be outdoors 10 months out of the year there wasn't the pressure to be active during the summer. My apt overlooked the pool and I spent most weekends out there - just douse myself in SPF 4000 and pack a cooler.

I prefer everything in the cold weather to be honest. The way I deal with the heat can be many different ways. For one I make sure I drink around 4 liters of water a day in the summer. I keep hydrated at all times because I'm a runner and enjoy even if it's beyond hot, running in the heat.

Now when I come back indoors I usually take a cold shower to get my body heat back down to a low. The temperature gets to 108 F around where I live, and it feels like 120 sometimes due to the humidity. The humidity makes it REALLY hard to breath down here in Mississippi.

We have a snow biz in which I like to go to if I want something cold in my body. Basically it's just shaved ice with syrup flavoring. There are often times where it is actually to hot to grill out.. imagine that.

So that's it. I don't have the luxery of having a pool, but of course if I did have one I'd be in it just about every day.

i like the summer cuz girls are in undershirts and short jeans/skirts,it takes a year to see them like that so its rare. But not only that, theres pools, water guns, surfboards, hobbies to put in your pool, vacation, and your personal paradise. paradise is best for summer, your all quiet, playing or swimming, with fruits and drinks on the table!
