I cleared out my house afew weeks ago (still haven't ordered that skip) and the electricion has turned up asking can I open the back door so he can get in and out that way.

Off I toodle to the kitchen to open my back door, and its only been unlocked for WEEKS :omg:I swear my idiocy knows no bounds .......

HOW my house hasn't been cleared out or I haven't woken up dead is beyond me -_-

yer lucky maybe you should've left it unlocked. if its locked someone might break in. lol!

Do you live in a crime-ridden neighborhood or something?

If so, I'd call you lucky. Nowadays, most any place is at risk, though...

I had the misfortune to do that once, had my credit cards stolen and accounts syphoned over a period of time in a very subtle operation. Smart bastards. Thank goodness for insurance!

I once left my car key in the ignition while I was at work all day. I was looking through my bag at the end of the day and thought I'd lost them. A mate offered to give me a lift home, who was parked near me. I decided to check around the car to see if I'd dropped them, and it turned out I hadn't even taken them out of the car. ><
The crazy thing is that not long after I pulled up, a woman pulled up next to me and watched me get out of the car and walk away. She could at least have asked if I was intentionally just leaving it open.

You do realise that you have to be 18 before you can apply for a credit card, right?

one time our back door flew open in the middle of the night and was open all night. luckily nothing was stolen or damaged. surprise, cuz this was a ****** neighbourhood

Not exactly true, it was a bank card. Many other cards were stolen from the family that were indeed credit cards. My bank in particular doesn't bat an eyelid to small transactions so that explains how they slowly syphoned money out from the account. I've noticed on many occassion requesting money by handing over my card at my local branch and not being asked any security questions whatsoever. Strange, I should have questioned it and asked more of my bank.

Yeah and like today I got a card thru the door from the police about a break in on my street

I'd invest in some heavy-duty locks. xD

Stupidity, then?

Having a rock war was pretty stupid. Six kids, two teams of three. Each team is placed on sides facing each other. It's pretty much dodge ball...but with rocks. Yeeeeah...I can't explain why any of us participated in that. Boredom, maybe?

I have banisters on either side of my stairs and one night I had a bunch of mates around and James decided to jump down the stairs well, slid down the banisters on his arms, some bein g the drunken fool that I am, decided toi copy him, totally missed the bannisters and jump down the stairs

I woke up the next day wondering why I had bad (& bruised) back then I remembered how much of a tit I am :wacky:

Oh one of the other stupider things Iv done is crawled over a loch gate (drunk yet again) trying to get to an all night Asda, which turned out to be tesco and it wan't open...

If we had fell in we would have been fooked, especially as thicko here can't swim xD
