Har!!! Help me

Can someone tell me how to get stonePROOF or deathPROOF weapons or what items I can use to equip these abilities

Stoneproof? Get a bunch of pertifying powders and you can create an armour with stoneproof on it. As for deathproof, I'm not too sure what items you need for that.

Yeah, that's right. I think you can mug those creepy looking glowing ghost things for those.

Well, how much damage can you dish out?

:) Uhm, it is petrifying POWDERS that I should get not GRENADES right?

ok, so any tips where to get the powders?
Grenades do the job as well.
Basilisks, those things that make you learn stone breath when you make kimahri use lancet on them. Find them on the djose highroad and the calm lands (in the west). There are more I think but not rlly sure where.

Also occasionally some lizards drop them at some of the higher-lvl areas.

And if you're at a high lvl, demonoliths also got those

You all have been a great help!

Just tell me something interesting (off topic now):

I read in one guide that I cannot go back to the temples (after I got control of the airship again) to get Anima (yes I haven't gotten her yet), before I go to Beville's Highroad, but after I go there I have to fight Sin blah blah - so how am I suppose to defeat all the bosses without Anima?

Or - can I go to Beville's Highroad and then go back to visit all the other places and get the goodies and then go back to fight Sin?

Sho! a mouthful, I know, but I am into detail, what can I say...

uhm, yea sorry, but like I said in the beginning - I'm new ... help section?

And I am playing the version without the Dark Aeons, but thanks for your advise xxx

Well, I was asking how much damage you can dish out, because I think that Petrifying Powders work better than the grenades and they take a smaller amount of them to make stoneproof stuff. So if you ever feel like speeding things up a bit and you can do 5000-9999 damage or higher, head to the Omega Ruins. Mug the lizard things and run. Also, always have someone with a weapon that has first strike and also knows flee.(Preferably Tidus.)

Why you ask? MALBOROS. If you encounter one, run the f*ck away. They always ambush you, but if you do what I've told you to do, shouldn't be a problem.
