im not posting any spoilers, but i figure in order to give me what i want you guys might have too..
im playing ff7 again, ive only played it once before and though i did not beat it, i did get to the last boss... anyhow while i played i made several mistakes along my mery ol' way.. and i missed several things.. like vincent and yuffie..
so what i want is for you guys to tell me not HOW to do things, but what to look for...
example: when you go to nibilum mansion thers an unlockable character there, get it...
oh, another quick question... i havnt quite finished deciding who i want my main part of 3 too be... (rotating characters is in my opinion impractical in ffvii) im leaning towards cloud, tifa, and either red cid or yuffie...
anyway either way i go i dont quite understand the materia system... it would indicate that equipping alot of elements to one character would effectively make them your "Black/white mage" because of stat raises and falls.. with mag growing and str falling... likewise putting things like "cover" on characters raises their hp and makes em a sort of tank...
my question is, is it practical to give your party defined rolls such as mage/healer, attacker, tank, or should characters be "materiazed" to generate round characters, for example giving everyone Fire>all or blizzard> all and then giving them also things like cover or D-Blow
the kind of thing that if i dont get it and find out i missed it later ill be PISSED about...
