SOTW 55 - The Decider

SOTW 55 was a straight tie, even after an extra 24 hours of voting. Myself and a couple of members of staff have therefore decided that a separate voting thread should be made to finally settle the competition. This is that thread.

Again, number 2. Its simplicity and subtle blurred look is really what captured my attention, as well as the render placement, as if she's really groovin' it. Seems to have more life too.

Again number 1 for moi. I love it, its detailed, nice and crisp text and brushes. Plus a great image.

I voted number 2 in the poll. But I've had a change of heart and am voting for number one.

I choose number 1 again. I really really like how Darth Vader looks in black and white, plus, there is sorta the subtle symbolism going there with the whole story of Darth Vader

My vote goes towards number one. I'm liking the ripple effects and the other techniques.

The stock/render placement looks great and works really well. The text looks amazing imo and again, the placement of it looks great. Plus, the effects are superior so my votes goes to #2.

I like number two the most. The Vader one is just too busy - I like how simple 2 is.

i went 2 its cleaner the distortion in 1 kills it for me

I vote for number 2. The whole composition is amazing, simple, and pleasing.

I couldn't vote in the last poll since I had an entry, but now I can so...

I'd say number 1. That one pretty much bested all of them. (and it seems by my vote, they're tied again XD)

I'm going for number 2 again. Like I said in the previous poll, the girl looks great and blends in well with the background, as does her hair, and I tend to like the softer looking sigs, compared to the sharp Darth Vader one.

Still Darth Vader for me, her justs suits the black and white theme better than any of the others did, and still does.

This is a tough choice, but I'm gonna choose #2. In black and white, it looks more pleasing to my eyes than #1. I like the simple effects and basic flow to it.

Me votes for number 2 again. Same reasons, looks alot smoother and well blended.

Defo No.1. Sharper graphics, more appealing to the eye.
