Seems like No# 1 has put more time and skills on the sig, but the result is not good at all.
2, it's too clear and sharp. Nice stock, nice color theme ( I appreciate dark themes, because for my eyes, it shows the details )
I appreciate how the green lines effected Cloud's face color.

I'm going to have to go with #2.
#1 has great potential though, the render/stock just needs to be blended into the background more and it will be sorted.

I picked 2 'cause it looked cooler, although it's hard to say no to digitally-remastered Cloud
