Some utter cunt ran a cat over and left it dead by the side of the road. This is the second cat I've had to ring the council over

Whoever done it could of at least had the decency to find somewhere to pull over and find summat to cover it/check if it had a collar. I accept that they may have stopped, but I highly fucking doubt it, probabaly more arsed about being a bit late for work.

It's a fucking joke hey?

I saw some bloke about 4 days ago driving in front of me in a big 4x4, there was a baby Kangaroo on the side of the road and this guy swerved right out of the way and ran over it on purpose, then him and his fucking wanker mates were just high fiving eachother and drove off.
I had to stop and call the Council AND the Cops, and i waited there and had to watch the poor thing die.
Im going to court as a witness sometime soon i hope those tossers get what they deserve! :(
 
Ughhhhhhhhh. Some people are just heartless bastards. What sick pleasure can you possibly get out of that? I hope they get what's coming to them -__-
 
That's pretty cold of people.

Hitting an animal could happen to anyone and you certainly shouldn't try and swerve away, potentially injuring or killing yourself in the process. That being said however, the least you can do is "clean up" after yourself and make sure that the animal is actually dead and isn't just lying there suffering at the side of the road.

What utter cunts.
 
This kind of thing seems to be happening a lot. I still remember the lady caught on tape putting a cat into a trash bin for no reason or somebody taping their friend throwing defenseless puppy into the river to drown...

People don't care because they're animals and they think they're above them for whatever stupid reason.
 
But we are no different than animals. If they could talk they would be equal in some peoples mind. People think that because they dont talk or something then they cant think or arent smart. or have no feelings. Ugh

I thought i would let anyone who is interested know, i went to court today, only one of the blokes (the driver) was charged.

It was something like $5000 fine and 100 hours or so community service with the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).

I guess he learnt his lesson, he did look genuinely sorry, but i'm glad he was punished either way.
