Record of notable changes made on the site in one thread, including bug fixes, new features, tweaks, MogShop updates, etc.



Sections / Sub-Forums

• All sub-forums in the Birthweek Event Archive have been merged into one.
• Post count disabled in Sector 7.

Other

• Gil (old), Community Tokens (CT) and Gold Points (GP) currencies have been set to inactive.
• Gil and Mako Points (MP) have been set as the two new active currencies on FFF.
• All MogShop Items should reflect these changes.

Sections / Sub-Forums

• Orience section has changed back to it's original name, Gaia.
  
  
• Square Enix Music sub-forum has been removed. All FF music has been moved to FF General
  - "FF Music" prefix has been added.
  
  
• The Lifestream sub-forum has been merged with the Pandemonium sub-forum, now titled The Lifestream.
  - New rules & guidelines apply, please check the section for the latest guidelines.
  - Prefixes "Serious" & "Debate" have been added.
  
  
• Sector 7 Slums has been merged into Lunatic Pandora
  New rules & guidelines apply, please check the section for the latest guidelines.
  
  
• Anime sub-forum has been merged into Theatre Quad
  - Prefix "Anime" has been added.
  
  
• Console Games sub-forum has changed name to Games General.
• PC Games has merged into Games General under the prefix "PC".
  
  
• Sub-forum descriptions have been updated.

• Support Center in Mognet Central has now been moved and merged with the Feedback Platform in Citadel. Renamed to Feedback & Support.
• Support Center in Mognet Central has been removed.
• All threads in New Bodhum have moved to Mognet Central.
• Mognet Central is now the new "New Bodhum" for welcome threads, birthdays, etc.
  
  
• The Advertising Board, Veteran Lounge and Application Center are located in Mognet Central as well.
  
  - Note that the Advertising Board and advertisement rules are currently being revised. Please be patient with our staff as we navigate our way through finding a middle ground and update you all very soon.

Navigation Bar

• Site Rules have been added to the "Forum" tab on the navigation bar.
• Staff Members (Meet the Staff) has been added to the "Members" tab on the navigation bar.

Advertising Rules

• Advertising rules have been updated and adjusted in the Site Rules.
• Advertising rules for the Advertising Board have been updated as well. You can read them here.

Signatures & Avatars

• Signature & Avatar guidelines have been adjusted in the Site Rules.
• You can read the guidelines in full here.

Usernames

• Members can now change their usernames without having to make a MogShop purchase. Members can change names every 30 days. Registered members on the Discord will automatically have their names synced.
  
  Click on your profile to go to account details, here you'll find the option to change your username at the top of the page.
  
  Your username change has to be approved. Please give the administrators some time to check the approval queue and accept or decline your username.

MogShop Streams

• Our Twitch Streams are available in MogShop again! Streams will now have to be purchased every 90 days. Contact the admin/support team to have your stream added after your purchase. If you've purchased a Twitch Stream, your channel will be featured in our Streams Tab.
  
  Please note: YouTube links/streams are currently not able to be displayed.

Postbit Item Display

• Items purchased in MogShop will now display under your userbit next to your posts. Your 6 most recent purchases will display. You can control what items are displayed on your profile by selecting what item is hidden.

  To respect the copyrights of Square Enix and other parties, we do not permit people to post links to download emulators, torrents, warez, music, films, etc. Any links to ROMs or discussions about how to obtain ROMs are forbidden on this site. Emulation itself is not illegal, however downloading or uploading ROMs for others to download is very illegal.
