Okay, I remember a thread by Rhea that ran along the same lines, so if I'm stealing this topic, I'm sowwie. O^O

Back to school at last for me, and maybe for some of you as well. Well, how's it feel?

I'm gonna be a senior this year and I have to say I'm really excited about this stuff. I've already gone to buying all my gear for this year at Wal-Mart (figures ). Also gone through the hassle of taking senior-portraits, which I thought was pretty lame considering the $50 price tag and those cheesy poses. xD

I'm also excited to get behind Academic Team and Decathlon, which I've been raving about for quite some time now after our defeat last April. 8D

Can't wait for Senior Breakfast! Booya!

I'm pretty excited around this time as well, though you wouldn't notice it if you saw me. I'm going to college and I moving into the dorms this Sunday.

-And, by the way, I hated taking those senior pics :(

Yep. Stupid hax0rs. >__< ~*shakes fist*~

School starts in five days for me as well. Unfortunately, I STILL have not registered for classes. I think I'm going to wait until the day before. ^.^
Lame. ^.^ I'm quite nervous as the days grow nearer.

Yeah, nervous just about sums me up as well. xD
On one hand, I'm excited to see how my schedule works out and to see if I get all the cool teachers or not, but on the other, I know it's time for writing essays, reviews on books, and homework. >.<

I love them both, but it's still nerve-wracking.

I'm entering my final school year and really nervous about it =/

i have the exams that will decide the rest of my life in may, and i have a shitload of work to do until then.

50 Pages for geography coursework,
probably the same amount for History
French - speaking exams to memorise.

Not a good year =/

on the plus side.....i got nothing

Yea, I'm heading back to school in less than a week too. It sucks. I'm not too nervous though, even though I probably should be. Hopefully it'll be a nice easy semester and I'm not downtrodden by any bullshit or drama.

Meh... I'll be a Senior Freshman this year. They'll have me put down as a freshman, but I'll sneak out and do Senior stuff because I'm good like that. i have to say, truency is fun.... But juvi suxx. You get locked in your room for 24 hours if you don't listen to the staff. xD

I'll be going back to school in... I think five days from now. I only have to go to school for three hours because I'm working on a GED. If I pass my GED, I get to go to any class I want. :D

Passing GED> Home EC> CHIXX0rZ= PARTEEZ N SEXX0rZ :monster:

But if I do pass the GED test, I'm actually thinking of taking Art again. ^_^

Next week is my last week off of school and then I start the following Monday. If I didn't have a night class I would have had that monday off since only classes after 4 pm start on Monday. <.<

GET this...
I woke up at 6am today so that I could make it to my 9am class EARLY. I was ready by 7am, my bf was ready by 7:20, we made it to school by about 8:15, even after stopping for starbucks.
So...we're at the school at 8:15, and...there's no parking. There's like one parking lot on campus and there's no parking...So...we circle the school for like 30 minutes, and then...we start to panic because it's 15 minutes until class starts. So...we go to leave the parking lots and we get stuck in PARKING lot traffic! o.0
We ended up parking about a mile away in a no parking area, and we RAN all the way back to campus. We spent about 15 more minutes looking for the class room, and...we show up maybe...10-15 minutes late.
And...the teacher looks at us and asks for our names...dum dee dee...and he says "you can't be in my class, you might as well leave."

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111111111

Oh, that sucks, Rhea. =(

As for my first day...I was nervous that I would have to duke it out with the counselors or whoever about my schedule conflict concerning art and history. Turns out I don't have to, thanks to my AVID teacher. She says that our AP Government/Economics program basically stinks and doesn't prepare you enough for the AP tests, and so we were better off going to college prep anyways. xD

I also got a ton of homework, as expected, from AP English. I'm not complaining though 'cause I'm raring for a scholastic challenge as most of my other classes are chock-full of juniors (I'm a senior, sucks, eh?) and sophomores.

Classes for my senior year of college start up Monday August 27th, and I'm not ready at all for summer to be over. Probably one of the most memorable summers again for me as they keep getting better as the years go on.

Days will be flooded with classes, assignments, studying, going to work, etc...

Not looking forward to it, but it is my last year so I should enjoy it as much as possible I guess.

Hehe I have till september... My last school needed 27 credits to graduate, But this one, sence i moved to Virgina, needs 22!!! I'm getting out in january, and staying out, then going back in july for the graduation cerimony and some occasional tests. I have 19 credits, so i get 3 classes for half a year, then i'm done!

.... I hope Blizzard is hiring by the time I get out, i wanna do something for their games, like Diablo 3 that they're gonna work on sometime soon, or the regular warcraft series. (Not World of warcraft, i'm not a total nerd >.>)

Hellgate: London is basically Diablo 3. Same developers as Diablo and Diablo 2. They are Flagship Studios now.

Anyways, I'm started school on September 4. :) I love starting school in September, not August. I'm pretty excited about this semester.

I'll go merge this with the other back to school thread. :P

~*merges*~

Anyways, my first day back at school was alright. It's been nearly 2 weeks now since we started and I knew that the year is going to be a fun, albeit challenging, year. I have college applications to go and all that other stuff so...yay.

So many classes, and yet the faces are still the same. But that still doesn't stop me from meeting new friends and all that stuff.
