Are we going on about Wanda from the comics? Or purely the version of Wanda that appeared in X-Men Evolution? If the latter, then I'm afraid I havent watched any episodes of X-Men Evolution with her in it...
But judging by the comics and the scenes showed in that youtube clip of the series, I would definately say that the Scarlet Witch would win all the way! She realy can kick up a fuss!

But I'll be nice and play along. Given by what was shown in that vidya, I'd say Rinoa wouldn't stand a chance, Scarlet Witch could just collapse a building on the whiny bitch and kill her.
