sc reen gets darker

Only on this page and since the tabs have been added before I begin...

So sometimes when I scroll down on this page to see what is the newest replies in each forum or what not sometimes the screen gets darker on only this page, just wondering if this happens to anyone else or if it is my computer not liking this tab feature?

So i figured out the actual forum is just going idle now because of the tabs So...you can close this...
